Titans Treat Cheerleaders To 8-Hour Bus Trip For Bikini Shoot

Another year, another bus ride for the Tennessee Titans cheerleaders who made the trip to shoot a bikini calendar in Florida. You know the deal, I used to destroy Bud Adams before he died for not splurging on plane tickets for his cheerleaders. You might remember the one year when the cheerleader bus broke down on the way to Destin.
But the Titans ownership isn’t budging. The ladies bused it 8 hours Sunday to Panama City Beach to promote the Titans brand. Of course a flight would only cost $300 per cheerleader and would take an hour and 20 minutes from Nashville. I’ve crunched the numbers for years. You’d think billionaires could spare $30k to treat their cheerleaders with a little respect.

Here’s where I remind you that Forbes estimates the worth of the Titans at $1.160 billion. BILLION! The Bud Adams family paid $25,000 for the franchise in 1959. Let that blow your mind for a couple minutes.
Let’s say you fly 27 cheerleaders ($8,100), 15 handlers — makeup, hair, photographer, staff ($4,500) and rent 3-4 vans (maybe $1,500?) you’re still only talking $14,000 in transportation costs to treat the cheerleaders who are about to get nearly naked for your franchise to a nice direct flight.
Nah, make them bus it.
