The Cleveland Cavaliers are currently in action against the Houston Rockets, and boy is Kyrie Irving putting on a show. Through three quarters of play, Irving has scored 34 points (on 14-20 shooting) in just 31 minutes of play. No two points were sweeter than the basket shown above, where Irving dances around Dwight Howard and finishes an acrobatic layup.
Another interesting note to this game is Irving is literally putting the team on his back. This was the Cavs’ side to the box score taken with 50 seconds left in the third quarter:

I mean, why not? With the players available for the Cavaliers tonight, a hot Kyrie is their best chance at a win. Plus, Kyrie’s probably aching to put up these shots while LeBron is out.

Update: Kyrie finishes with 38 points (15-26) but Houston wins 105-93. Oh, and the Internet had fun calling Kyrie a ball hog.
