Kanye West’s new private academy that is yet to exist will welcome another five-star recruit in Jahki Howard. the class of 2024 prospect will join other top recruits in attending the Donda Academy.
However, no one knows when that will be.
Howard will join fellow top recruits Robert Dillingham and Jalen Hooks from the 2023 class as the first big names to announce their arrival at Donda Academy. This news comes as a bit of a surprise since the Donda Academy has yet to open. While the players seem to understand how much the academy can upgrade their platform to play the game, one could see how some may be skeptical of this move.
The Donda Academy is located just outside of Los Angeles, inside a former prep school. The building stands at 5,728-square-foot, including classrooms, labs, offices, bathrooms, a kitchen, storage and recreational fields, and basketball courts for students.
Other than the amenities of the location, details for the academy are scarce to the general public.

If the Donda Academy does open, this will be a massive change in how top high school basketball recruits handle life before college. This won’t be the last time you hear about the Donda Academy. Maybe Bishop Sycamore could take a few notes from the Donda Academy playbook.
