You Can Finally Edit Tweets (Kind Of) But It Will Cost You Money

Twitter users are finally getting closer to the edit button that they have long been pleading for.

Thanks to Twitter Blue, the social media platform’s new subscription service, users are giving us the closest thing yet to an edit button for a small price.

The service will include an “undo” function which allows users to preview their tweets before they are sent and in that time frame you can edit the pending post. That gives you time to edit before the post is live on your timeline.

Twitter Blue will also allow users to change the color scheme of their pages and organize tweets in a Bookmarks folder.

“We took this feedback to heart, and are developing and iterating upon a solution that will give the people who use Twitter the most what they are looking for: access to exclusive features and perks that will take their experience on Twitter to the next level,” company announced in a blog post.

Twitter Blue will first be launching in Canada and Australia, at prices of $2.88 and $3.44 USD, respectively.

There is no word on when the add-ons will be available in the United States.

Would you pay for these features? Or will you just continue to delete tweets seconds after you send them when you notice an error? I’ll just say the best thing about Twitter is that it’s always been free.
