The portrayal of a “young Ed Orgeron” from his days with the Miami Hurricanes football program made an appearance on the NBC sitcom Young Rock and the internet was quick to react.
The show takes a look back at megastar Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and actor Emmett Skilton stepped in to play the beloved Coach O, who recruited The Rock to The U.
Of course, the portrayal included Coach O’s trademark raspy voice.

Who knows what other portrayals we will get throughout the series as The Rock continues to go through his wild rise from football, to WWE champion and fan favorite, to Hollywood superstar.
