TMZ– Yaroslav Suris is suing the popular porn site claiming it’s denied the deaf and hearing-impaired access to its videos that others can easily enjoy. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Suris says a lack of closed-captioning violates their rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Disgusting! Pornhub needs to get their shit together. Poor Yaroslav… he already has it hard enough being a deaf man. He has to live every day fighting through disadvantages us hearing folk couldn’t even imagine. The one thing a guy should be able to count on in life is enjoying his adult video content. But now poor Yaroslav can’t even read the words “what are you doing stepbro?” What has the world come to. I’m not afraid to admit that I’m a big storyline guy when it comes to porn. I think things have come full-circle in the porn world. Early internet porn days had guys so excited that they could see real sex videos at a dial-up’s notice that they would fast forward any exposition to get to the good stuff. Well, my generation is at the point where it’s like, yeah I can see someone getting railed in the ass anytime I want, but a good story about why a kid and his stepmom have been forced to share a bed in a hotel room really gets me going. My point being, if Yaroslav can’t get the dialogue to know what’s going on, he might as well not even watch.
In docs, Suris says the deaf and hearing impaired can’t understand the audio portion of videos on the websites. Some of the titles Suris says he watched but was completely lost on dialogue — “Hot Step Aunt Babysits Disobedient Nephew,” “Sexy Cop Gets Witness to Talk” and “Daddy 4K — Allison comes to Talk About Money to Her Boys’ Naughty Father.”
This is what I’m talking about people! How is he even supposed to know that the nephew is being disobedient if you can’t read the lines?? Sexy Cop Gets Witness to TALK! The whole point of the video is what the witness says to the sexy cop! Oh and then Alisson comes to TALK about money to her boys’ naughty father! If you didn’t already realize it, now you know, porn is all about the dialogue.
I’m lighting a candle and saying three Hail Marys for Yaroslav. Prayers up that he gets that sweet sweet closed captioning on all of his favorite videos and a settlement from Pornhub on top of that. Finally, for you boomers out there that don’t understand how internet porn works, this would be like getting a Playboy and there being no articles inside. Just pointless.
