Crazy Gym Fight Breaks Out In Brentwood, England At Ab Salute Gym

A gym fight at Ab Salute Gym in Brentwood, England is about to turn into an international viral sensation and owners of the gym are saying that they’d appreciate if people sharing the videos would be nice and remove those videos from the Internet. Uh, yeah right broooooo. We’re talking about a full-fledged masterpiece of assault at a gym and I’m not talking just fists. I’m talking at least one guy getting beat with what looks like some piece of metal.

Watch the videos. They speak for themselves. It’s violence you rarely see out of a gym and it didn’t happen in the United States. Imagine that. From Ab Salute’s management team: “This was an isolated incident which has never happened in any of our 5 establishments in the 10 years we have been open. We do not condone violence in any of our gyms and take this very seriously. The police are aware and appropriate action is being taken. The individuals concerned have been banned from our gyms for life.”

According to The Sun, “A 17-year-old boy suffered bruising and cuts and a 27-year-old man suffered a cut above his eye.”

This clearly isn’t a No Judgement Zone type of gym. We’re talking heavy iron in this place. I took one look at Ab Salute’s Instagram and I knew what kind of characters we’re talking about….these guys take iron very seriously. So many questions. Ab Salute is located about 30 miles outside the center of London. Of course it is an isolated incident or I would’ve posted something on this place before, but there has to be a pretty big story here if guys are willing to swing barbells around like that.
