Report: The Boise Camera Angle Will Be Changed For Saturday’s Games

For those wondering, Boise camera angle is way at the top of the arena. In between 2nd and 3rd sections of seats. pic.twitter.com/tnhdqkYhgA

Normally I don’t like to jump on the Cool Twitter bandwagon because those guys are usually completely boring, never want to stir up a giant pile of shitt and aren’t guys I’d want to slam shots with at the bar. However, those guys were on point Thursday on the topic of the Boise camera angle that was chosen by CBS/Turner/TNT. It was like watching basketball games from the moon. I couldn’t tell the numbers on the jerseys and forget about reading the names on jerseys.

It was horrible. That’s right, I’m riding or dying with Cool Twitter.

The good news: there’s a claim on a Gonzaga message board from a media guy that the camera angle will be changed for Saturday’s games.

The viewing angle will be changed for Saturday’s game and will be more normal like the other venues. For today, the main game camera and slash cameras were set on a platform that was way up in the nosebleeds. I am not exactly sure why but I think it was to minimize loss of seating capacity. Nonetheless, it will be moved and thus much improved.

No clue who Ezag is, but his word seems to be gold on Gonzaga message boards.
