Justin Thomas defeated Luke List in a playoff to win the Honda Classic, but that’s not our main takeaway from the event. No. It’s the apparent fact that you can get under Thomas’ skin with a little trash talk.
The drama occurred at hole No. 16, where a fan yelled, “Get in the bunker!” after Thomas’ clean drive down the fairway. Instead of moving on, Thomas then decided to take time to identify the heckler and have him removed by security.
“You’re done, buddy. You’re gone,” Thomas reveled.
"Who said that? Who was cheering for that ball to get in the bunker? Was that you?"

If the heckler yelled mid-swing Thomas’ response would be understandable, but anything after is fair game. Soft stuff from the 2017 PGA Champ.
Update: Here is uptight Thomas on those “inappropriate” comments (via GolfChannel.com).
“I don’t want to kick someone out just to kick them out. It’s just so inappropriate. We’re out here trying to win a tournament. … Just because you’re standing behind the ropes doesn’t mean that you can – I don’t care how much I dislike somebody, I’m never going to wish that kind of stuff upon them.
“I felt it was inappropriate, so he had to go home.”
