As you might have already seen on Twitter, Russell Westbrook briefly went to heaven tonight after Joel Embiid viciously dunked on his ass and stared him down. It was a grave Westbrook dug for himself as he failed to make the business decision of allowing Embiid a free lane for the slam. Instead of a charge, he’s got himself a permanent spot on Embiid’s career highlight reel.
However! Westbrook did come back to life and dropped 37 points and 14 assists to help lead the Thunder to a win. He seemed to savor the final seconds of the game and made a point to stare lasers directly at the two Process boys:

Fully expecting Embiid to respond by criticizing Westbrook’s shot count again.
