Bad news for Maria Sharapova, Sloane Stephens, Garbine Muguruza, and the rest of the women’s tennis field: Serena Williams is BACK! Well, not officially, but it seems like a return is close given that she dropped an Instagram featuring fancy Nike sneakers and a caption that stated, “Be excited”.

Serena, of course, missed most of this past season because she was on maternity leave. She welcomed her first child with Alexis Ohanian this past September:

I would doubt Serena regaining her championship form on the court after taking a break to give birth, but I’m not a dumbass. Kim Clijsters and Margaret Court managed to win titles after having kids, most are expecting Serena to do the same.
Serena’s last major victory came at the Australian Open where she defeated sister Venus in straight sets. She’s currently sitting at 23 major titles.
