An Argentinian soccer fan interrupted a match between Juventude Antoniana and Club Villa Mitre after he fell 30 feet over a fence. According to the Mirror, the fan, Juan Diaz, “apparently climbed up to “taunt” fans of Club Villa Mitre.” He was stretchered off without serious injury.
As he was being carried off the field, Diaz grabbed a hat from one of the medics and threw it towards the stands. It seems as if he’ll be just fine.
Club Villa Mitre won 1-0, spoiling Diaz’s day and sending him home with a viral video that’s now being shared around the world. I’m sure it was all worth it in the end.
