I hear that Earnhardt Jr. won Sunday at Talladega, but as you know by now, it’s not BC style to care about that kind of thing. I want to see hammered fans. I want to see beers destroyed. I want to see people passed out. I want to see people who went so hard they won’t even remember the race.
At least there’s still one track where fans will show up and act stupid (I mean that in a nice way). Dega still matters to those who fly the flag, love this country and like to drink beer.
NASCAR attendance and interest might be in big trouble, but you can always depend on Talladega to make things right for those of us who remember the glory days of racin’.
