Fan Pays $120 For Nick Saban Jell-O Mold At Charity Auction

Saban Jell-o Mold Sold FULL

Today, three charitable organizations are reaping the benefits of making a Jell-O mold of Nick Saban’s face. It truly is the season of giving.

You may remember that earlier this year, SBNation blogger Spilly figured out a way to create a cast of Saban, which he had made into a Jell-O mold.

Spilly donated the Saban Jell-O mold to a charity auction held yesterday at the second annual Tuscaloosa Get Up festival. After the bidding was over, the anonymous man you see in the photo above paid $120 for the mold. …Roll Tide!

FWIW – A box of Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies autographed by Saban went for $120, too.

Proceeds of the festival were to benefit the Habitat for Humanity of Oklahoma, The Bama Theatre Restoration fund and The Red Barn Foundation.

Maybe the winner can mass produce the mold so that every Tide fan in Alabama can have Saban’s lifeless head in their home. Seems like the right thing to do.
