Central Florida WR J.J. Worton’s Crazy Catch Got His Girlfriend A Huge Tip

Central Florida wide receiver J.J. Worton made one of the most impressive catches you’ll ever see to help tie the Knights’ game against Temple on Saturday. Watch it again above, because it is amazing.

Worton was named American Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week after his 10 receptions for 179 yards and three touchdowns in UCF’s 39-36 win, but his heroics paid off for his girlfriend, Allie Ingram, too.

Ingram was working at Bubbalou’s BBQ in Orlando on Saturday during the game when a customer found out she was dating Worton and pumped up the tip on his check after the game-saving catch.

A $20 tip on a $25.55 check? Big win. Hopefully Ingram will have off when Central Florida hosts Rutgers on Thursday night at Bright House Networks Stadium in Orlando (7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN).
