Larry Bird Selling His Naples, Florida Dump For $4.8 Million

Larry Bird is finished living the retired life in Naples, Florida, according to his agent Jill Leone. She’s telling Florida media outlets that Larry Legend has put his 6,000 sq. ft. dump on the market because he won’t have much down time now that he’s retaken his job as president of basketball operations with the Indiana Pacers.

That means someone will be getting this house for the paltry sum of $4,800,000.

According to his realtor:

Featuring custom detail throughout along with a fabulous gourmet kitchen and four full bedrooms. Exceptional highlights include spectacular saltwater aquarium as the backdrop to an exciting full service bar, state-of-the-art home theater, and charming tiki hut with thatched roof and summer kitchen that provide a tropical ambiance nestled waterside overlooking the infinity-edge pool and sparkling bay.

Naples vs. Indianapolis in the winter? Indy vs. sitting on the water in January? WTF is wrong with this guy?

Highlights of Larry Bird’s House:

• 4 beds, 6 baths

• Basketball hoop in the driveway

• Looks like two keg taps in his bar; cool fish tank!

2.8 miles to Intimate Lingerie of Naples

4.4 miles to Whole Foods

Asking: $4,800,000

Mortgage: Around $19,000 before extras and someone to clean the fish tank
