Did Von Miller Really Tattoo Himself While On Suspension? [VIDEO]

Von Miller won’t be in uniform on Sunday when his Broncos’ teammates face the Giants in East Rutherford, NJ. He’s suspended for six games for violating the NFL’s substance-abuse policy.

If Miller did play, the Denver linebacker might be able to show off the tattoo that he helped give himself last week (see above). He also might be able to sack Eli Manning a few times and help his team win.

Whatever. Back to that tattoo. See, celebrated California-based tattoo artist Phillip Spearman flew out to Denver last week for the season-opening Broncos-Ravens game. His mission? “Tattoo Von Miller and his dad.”

While we’re sure Spearman did most of the work, the video above shows that Miller stepped in and helped ink up his forearm.

You remember that Miller has a sweet ‘Miller’ beer logo tattoo on his left pec, as well as plenty of other ink. It’s much better for Miller to be inking himself than out driving these days anyway.
