How does the Cincinnati Reds ticket office sell seats to a Tuesday night game in April? They invite dog owners to bring their pets for Bark in the Park night. You’re aware of the gimmick. Normally these nights are pretty calm and dog owners get to mingle with other freaks who dress their pets.
But something strange went down last night at the beginning of the 5th inning. The Phillies broadcast returned from commercial and showed a dog licking a guy’s neck. Both are wearing Louisville gear.
Would it be cool for a dog to lick a little neck and then go back to watching the game? To some, yes, but this dog keeps working it by switching sides.
As for the game, it was suspended just before the Reds batted in the bottom of the ninth.
