John Wall Gets First Pitch Redemption [VIDEO]

John Wall’s baseball career before last night consisted of a first pitch that is regarded as one of the worst in athlete first pitch history. The Wizards guard was back on the Nats mound last night for a shot at redemption.

You might remember that his big problem with the 2012 first pitch is that he tried to overthrow the pitch.

Last night was a different story. He went with the chick approach: easy arm action and just get it over the plate.

“I’m just going to lob it,” Wall said of his goal his second time around. “Simple.”
