That’s not Dan Marino in those short jorts. Nope, that’s not the former Miami Dolphins QB wearing a Jamaica half-shirt. Repeat, that’s not Dan.

That’s actually pro stuntman Grady Bishop last week being charged with DUI after smashing several parked cars.

According to the Orlando Sentinel:

Grady Allen Bishop, 51, of Winter Springs, was arrested on charges of driving while under the influence with property damage and three counts of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

Bishop owns the Extreme Stunt and Driving Team in Winter Springs. He told the Orlando Sentinel in 2011 he helped create the Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Tests later showed Bishop had a blood-alcohol level of .191 at the time of his arrest, which is more than twice the legal limit.

This story made its rounds within the crazy Florida media circuit, but the Not Dan Marino photo is just now hitting our desk.

Swear, that’s NOT Dan Marino.
