Baltimore Ravens fans want to attend Super Bowl XLVII. It’s Ray Lewis’ last game, it’s the HarBowl and the first time Baltimore has been to the Big Game since 2001. Super Bowl tickets are pretty steep, though; StubHub’s lowest priced ticket Saturday morning was $2,195.00. That’s a whole lot of paper for Charm City.
Ravens fans are resilient. They’ll offer practically anything — anything — for a chance to go to New Orleans next Sunday. Craigslist was practically invented for situations just like this.
Perhaps you’d be interested in a snow blower in exchange for your Super Bowl tickets?
“I have the biggest snow blower home depot sells. It is 28″ wide cut and cuts thru the snow and blows it in and direction. Starts right up looks great. Great trade for you and you’ll use it this year more than once. Hurry!”
No? Hmmmn. Do you need a really big freezer? It’s yours for two Super Bowl tickets!
“I recently moved into a house and have a huge freezer that isn’t being used. If you are sitting at home with a bunch of food you need to freeze without a freezer and also happen to have 2 tickets to the super bowl you don’t want well LETS MAKE A DEAL! freezer for the tickets. I will even deliver the freezer so you don’t have to deal with it :)
Indeed, if you are sitting at home with a bunch of food you need to freeze, act now!
We’re sure we’ll see even more ridiculous offers of Ravens’ fans bartering for Super Bowl tickets this week. Niners fans carry a little more cash, so they haven’t started getting desperate, yet.
