Dash-Cam Video Of Cops Checking On Jovan Belcher At 3 A.M.

We think one Kansas City cop asks his partner “How do you know how to roll up the windows in a Bentley,” during the welfare check cops performed early in the morning on December 1 when Jovan Belcher killed his girlfriend and ultimately killed himself in front of his bosses with the Chiefs.

“I’m going to take a class real quick. It’s on YouTube,” the partner says.

Later, Belcher says something about “$200,000 car.”

“I’ll make that in like three years,” one of the cops says.

The conversation turns to Belcher going upstairs (to what might be his other girlfriend’s apartment, according to Deadspin) and getting some sleep.

Belcher says something about “dealing with” his other girl. The cops say they understand.

Kasandra Perkins was shot at around 7:45 a.m. and Belcher was dead at around 8:09.
