Receiver Stevie Johnson had a decent season for the Buffalo Bills, even though the team struggled, and he’s got more than a few fans, even though he might not always make the best choices when it comes to his touchdown celebrations.
Johnson got fined and benched in the Bills’ finale for pulling up his jersey to reveal a t-shirt that said Happy New Year after scoring against the Patriots. Coach Chan Gailey sat the receiver for the final three quarters. This is the same dude who pretended to shoot himself in the leg to mock Plaxico Burress after scoring against the Jets. Those stunts didn’t matter to one fan though.
Johnson took time to hang with a fan who has the receiver’s face tattooed on his bicep, Tuesday. He tweeted the photos and the following message after meeting the dude.
People Getting My Face Tatted On Them and I Ain’t Even Dead Yet…
We have to wonder how big of a Bills fan this guy is. Johnson will be an unrestricted free agent in the offseason and he’s already turned down an extension from the team. Couple that with what the coaching staff obviously considers questionable on-field behavior and you have to wonder if Johnson won’t be playing somewhere else next season.
Might make dude regret his Stevie Johnson tattoo.
Here are some more potentially regrettable sports tattoos.
