Wrestling Event Held In Mobile, Alabama Golden Corral Parking Lot

The wrestling community in Mobile, Alabama got together for a great cause this weekend at a Golden Corral where AWF Wrestling erected a stage and held a benefit wrestling event with donations going to Coast Guard employees who were affected by the government shutdown. I know, I’d forgotten all about the shutdown too.

You know, there are a couple of things that just go together in Alabama and it’s wrestling and Golden Corral. Think of how genius this is for both parties. You can go out to eat, get all filled up, go get a couple of lawn chairs out of the Kia for you and the old lady and then catch some wrasslin action and not have to leave the Corral. I would like to know if Corral let customers get a hand stamp and go back for dessert after the wrestling action was completed.

That’s Brym Stone up on the top rope showing off his world championship belt out front of the Golden Corral. That’s the look of a guy who is on top of the world. There’s no word from the AWF on if Brym held on to his belt. The BC i-Team (myself) will be looking into getting results from the AWF.

Looks like the masked man is Russian Vladimir Koloff:
