Nebraska Fan Tried to Storm Field After Nate Gerry's Targeting Ejection

During the second quarter of the Foster Farms Bowl between UCLA and Nebraska, safety Nate Gerry was ejected after an egregious “targeting” call by the refs. If you missed the play in question, here’s the textbook tackle that got Gerry sent to the showers early:

Everyone was rightfully up in arms about the ejection, but no one was more pissed than the Nebraska fan below.
As you can see from the video, Nebraska fan immediately jumps the railing with his Bud Light and attempts to get onto the field to protest before police quickly detain him:

So there you go, one bad call by the refs ruined the nights of two Huskers. (But at least they won that coveted pre-New Year’s Eve bowl game!)
