For all you haters out there that believe NASCAR is not a sport and the drivers are just a bunch of redneck athletes, well this “sport” seems to be printing money for their drivers. Juan Pablo Montoya who had a quick 9 year career at the NASCAR level raked in a whopping $37.7 million in just racing earnings. Yeah, that’s right almost $40 mil for driving in a god damn circle.
With his career starting back up in IndyCar racing Juan has decided to sell his panoramic penthouse that is 6,487 sq. ft. and an elevator inside for $14 million.
“The extraordinary home, which comes with more cache than an American Express Centurion card, is 6,500-square feet and is perched atop one of Miami’s most exclusive addresses.
There are resplendent marble floors—the perfect complement to the searing Florida heat—and floor-to-ceiling windows that encompass the whole of the first floor. Every corner of this luxurious home captures views of the crystalline water below—and includes every possible artisan touch.
The kitchen lies in wait for residents—or more likely, a crew of caterers—to prepare sumptuous repasts with custom-hewn cabinetry, stylish obsidian-colored granite, and the highest of high appliances.”
So, if you have$14 mil laying around and need a 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath ridiculous (you won’t have enough storage space; look at the kids’ toys under the stairs) penthouse in the heart of Miami, it’s all yours.
Asking $14 million and Juan Pablo didn’t even have the penthouse staged. That takes balls.
Mortgage: Around $54,000 a month
