The Philadelphia Eagles signed wide receiver Riley Cooper to a reported five-year, $25 million deal on Thursday morning. The fourth-year wide receiver quickly became quarterback Nick Foles’ go-to target in 2013, catching 47 passes for 835 yards and eight touchdowns.

Cooper also caught his share of criticism for his conduct before the 2013 season. Obviously the Eagles felt that the matter was not a lingering concern in the locker room.
