Almost 20 years after a remodel, the Oracle Arena in Oakland is starting to show its age. During the third quarter of Wednesday night’s Heat-Warriors game, a disco ball glass suspended above the arena seemed to lose large chunks of glass directly onto the court (above).
Online analysts pointed to the disco ball’s missing panels as the potential source of the falling glass, but the glass appeared to be too large to have come from the ball.
