After a season of silence on social media, Johnny Manziel is finally starting to seem like himself again. The 2012 Heisman Trophy winner spent Christmas night in Atlanta, where his 21st-ranked Texas A&M Aggies will take on No. 24 Duke in the Chick-fil-A Bowl on Dec. 31 (8 p.m. EST on ESPN).

Christmas night or not, when word spread on social media that Manziel was at an Atlanta club, people wanted to be at that club.
Manziel, who was hanging with Ole Miss linebacker Denzel Nkemdiche and Alabama running back Alvin Kamara, was his ever-gracious self and posed for photos with fans at the bar. Pretty tame stuff.
Meanwhile, AJ McCarron and Katherine Webb were wearing matching red onesies and probably singing Christmas carols somewhere in Alabama.
No judgment cast; just noting the difference, as we have in the past.
Manziel still has yet to declare his intentions for the 2014 NFL Draft. Until he does, Johnny Football will be the subject of speculation. He is spending a lot more time on Twitter and Instagram, which is great for fans of one of the most interesting college football players ever.
