Kyle Field, Texas A&M’s football stadium, is undergoing an incredible renovation. The $450 million project began almost immediately following the Aggies’ win over Mississippi State on Saturday. Sod cutters and backhoes hit the field right away.

Total missed opportunity for A&M, btw: Why not have Johnny Manziel on the wrecking ball with his TopSzn hat on? Just a thought.

By Wednesday afternoon, the field and the lower deck of the east side of the stadium were completely ripped away for a full rebuild. More than 20,000 new seats will be added atop the new, lowered field.

Check the gallery below for the demolition porn. Does this make Kyle Field “The House That Johnny Football Wrecked?”
