Chase Utley Unloading Philly Penthouse For Reasonable $4.3 Million
If only I had put all my BC money into the stock market last year, I would be able to pay cash for the Philly penthouse that Chase Utley is trying to unload. The big real estate news hit Philly yesterday – Utley is calling it quits at the Ayer building. He’s selling the condo for $4.3 million.
It’s not like he’s leaving town.
Uts signed a two-year, $27 million deal with the Phillies in August. Maybe he’s just ready to have a backyard where he can grill, have an open-floor plan and grass between his toes. He is, afterall, now 34 and getting to the age where having a penthouse is getting old.
A calming, contemporary palette of grays and blues and many custom design elements, including superb lighting, audio and Crestron systems, allow the owner to create a living environment to fit one’s mood and mindset. An expanded Bulthaup kitchen with a large island, Miele and Sub-Zero, including a full-size wine storage unit, opens to the main living space with a step-up formal dining room with terrace just beyond.
Sounds amazing. So calming.
