ESPN is learning the troll game quite well. The network revealed more of its 2013 NBA Player Rankings on Wednesday. Los Angeles Lakers great Kobe Bryant landed at No. 25; he was sixth in 2012.

Of course, Kobe is currently rehabbing the torn Achilles he suffered at the end of last season, but his resume speaks for itself (5 NBA titles, an MVP and a 15 All-Star appearances). He’s a lock to be incensed at Bristol’s pundits for ranking him below Chris Bosh, John Wall, Roy Hibbert and others, regardless of reasoning.

Twitter exploded when news of ESPN’s snub of Kobe broke. Most fans came out in support of Bryant, but others noted his injury and advancing age. The debate rages on; here’s the best analysis we saw on the subject:
