Utah fired off the latest volley in the football facilities war on Thursday night.

Following the examples set by Oregon, Alabama and other schools, the Utes hosted the ribbon-cutting of the $32 million Spence and Cleone Eccles Football Center, a 150,000-square foot facility that will hopefully help keep them from getting run out of the Pac-12 by Oregon, USC and Arizona.

Among the center’s highlights: the sign above of core values including “Treat Women With Respect,” “No Stealing,” and “No DUI’s.” (We guess there’s no room dedicated to former Ute “Niasi” Leota.)

Other features:

• 19,000-square foot Alex Smith Strength & Conditioning Center (!)
• 250-seat cafeteria
• meeting room / theater
• press room and a production studio
• barber shop
