Bears Marc Trestman Buys $3 Million House W/Indoor Bulls Court [PHOTOS]
New Chicago Bears’ head coach Marc Trestman is ready for his first Windy City winter. After coaching the Montreal Allouettes of the Canadian Football League to two Grey Cups over a four-year period, Trestman was tabbed to replace Lovie Smith and become Bears’ fans favorite punching bag.
From the looks of the $2.94 million home Trestman just bought in the Chicago suburb of Winnetka, Ill., he isn’t going to be spending too much time on the Magnificent Mile.
Trestman’s new home has a “fully-equipped” hardwood sport court with a Bulls logo and color scheme. He also has a home movie theater and a glass wine cellar, which he should keep fully stocked as long as Jay Cutler is his quarterback.
Trestman owns another home in Raleigh, N.C., so he may not spend the whole winter in the Midwest. A quick hop south might be a great idea after a 2-4 start.
Highlights of Marc Trestman’s Winnetka, Ill. House:
• 6 bedrooms, 7 baths
• 9.6 miles to the Admiral Theatre
• 3.6 miles from Whole Foods
• Just 164 miles from Tim Hortons in Portage, Mich.
