We now know, thanks to BC reader Phuong V., that the crazy thing Shawn Marion was driving around over the weekend is a 2013 Thoroughbred Stallion motorcycle, which sells for $34,000.
Some of you have been freaking out that Marion isn’t wearing a seat belt. This is technically a motorcycle. Sure, it looks like a mini Mercedes convertible, but it’s classified as a trike.
According to the manufacturer:
The Stallion is a truly original trike that was designed in the USA and is built in the USA. The Stallion was created for riders desiring more comfort and ease of operation without losing any power.
The 2013 Stallion will feature a Ford 2.3 Litre Motor and Ford 5-Speed Automatic Transmission with Reverse. Standard Features will include:- Driver/Passenger Heat and Air Conditioning- AM-FM Radio with CD Player and MP3 Capabilities- Adjustable Pedals- Cruise Control- Power Front and Rear Disc Brakes- 7 Cubic Ft. Trunk- Interior Lighting- On-Board Air Compressor and Patented Air Ride Suspension
Air conditioning, eh? That’s a 1% move.
So it’s a motorcycle for a guy who wants to cruise for poon that has to be a certain size because the seat behind Matrix isn’t carrying any biggins’.
