A’s fans paid for a single game last night and got 19 innings out of that ticket as Oakland beat the Angels 10-8 in 19 innings. It took more than six hours before Brandon Moss ended the madness with a two-run dong. Angels reliever Jerome Williams pitched six of the extra innings, while friend of BC, Brett Anderson pitched 5 1/3 of the bonus baseball (box score).
Josh Hamilton went 0-8, lowering his batting average to .202; Pujols was 4-8 with 2 HRs and 3 RBI.
Officially, the teams played six hours and 32 minutes.
For his efforts, Moss was pied.
That wasn’t the only extra innings fun last night. The Mets and Marlins played 15 innings and our buddy was still there after midnight with all couple hundred of his friends. Miami sent the massive crowd home with a 4-3 win.

Meanwhile, in NBA playoff fashion news, Kevin Durant raised the bar last night.
