Bears’ Lance Briggs Selling Arizona House – At A Loss – For $2.6 Million [PHOTOS]
Chicago Bears linebacker Lance Briggs has made a few million dollars playing in the NFL. He signed a $36 million contract in 2008 and is under contract through 2014. He’ll make a base of $4.5 million in 2013 so the guy has some decent coin to spend on a house.
That brings me to the 6,800 sq. ft. Paradise Valley, Arizona house that Briggs is selling for $2,699,000 (he paid $3.4 million in 2007). Is it too small? Is he tired of the Arizona summer heat? Are the golf courses getting too boring in his neighborhood? Does he need more space? A better man cave?
To be honest, Briggs’ man cave pretty much sucks. It looks like a decent college apartment before idiots start smashing all the furniture and spill beer on the pool table.
