San Francisco 49ers safety Donte Whitner would like fans to know that an f-bomb from hist Twitter account aimed at new teammate Nnamdi Asomugha (one-year contract with 49ers; $1.35 million base)  is the work of a hacker.

The tweet, “Fuck nnamdi,” went out last night and instantly caused pandemonium amongst 49ers fans. Did the two have bad blood? How would this all work out? Could the 49ers win a Super Bowl if the new teammates were beefing? What is Harbaugh trying to do with his defense?

And then Donte took control of the situation with clarity.

Hacked.

Whitner was on NFL Network earlier in the night talking about the signing.

“I think it’s a pretty good pickup for us,” Whitner said. “I believe he’ll come out and have a great year for us.”

Pressed about off-field issues, Whitner said “I believe he has a lot left.”

It seems that these two will mesh pretty well.

F-off, hacker.
