You would think after having a wild, raucous Spring Break in Cabo, Johnny Manziel would take some time to relax. You know, maybe spend a little time studying or reading the playbook. Nope, not Johnny Football.

He took longtime girlfriend/bikini model Sarah Savage on a hot date to the local Chili’s. We noticed the big news via the following tweet from @ClaireTondre:

How does he afford that? The guy probably dropped a small fortune on his recent tequila/Grey Goose filled Cabo trip and he is already out hitting the town back in Texas.
