Allie LaForce – March Madness Sideline Reporter [PHOTOS]
Who is the new woman March Madness sideline reporter for TruTV and CBS? That’s Allie LaForce, former Miss Teen USA 2005 and now a member of the CBS Sports Network team. Just 24, LaForce played guard for the Ohio University basketball team.
Her gig on the first weekend of March Madness is to roam the sidelines at Rupp Arena in Lexington.
This isn’t the first time you’ve seen LaForce on Busted Coverage. You might remember last summer when LaForce’s boyfriend at the time, Indians pitcher Joe Smith, was cited in a Lake Erie island bar incident.
By October she was leaving Cleveland’s Fox 8 for a gig with CBS where she’s co-host of late-night show Lead Off with Doug Gottlieb.
LaForce isn’t the only new member of CBS/Turner making her March Madness debut. Rachel Nichols, who left ESPN in 2012, is working in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
