Mason Plumlee Reverse Dunk Draws Technical, Helps Duke Rout Maryland [VIDEO]

Top-ranked (for now) Duke lost to No. 25 Miami, 90-63, on Wednesday, but Coach K and the Blue Devils came back with a resounding 84-64 beatdown of Maryland Saturday afternoon. Duke’s Mason Plumlee scored 19 points, but no basket was more emphatic than this one on a follow-up, reverse two-hand jam.

Plumlee flexed his muscles — and celebrated the fact that white men can jump — a bit too much; officials handed him a technical foul. It didn’t make a difference, as the Blue Devils were all over the Terrapins. Coach K will probably have Plumlee slapping every step of Cameron Indoor Stadium as penance.

Update: Plumlee tore a ligament in his left thumb and is wearing a brace to protect it as per @laurakeeley.
