Barry Bonds Selling Beverly Hills Mansion For $25M; Realtor Won’t Let You See Inside
UPDATE: The realtor has now unlocked the photos. Check out all 43 of them below.
Of course we’d love to geek out on some Barry Bonds house porn. The unfortunate part of his house being listed by renowned realtor, Mauricio Umansky, is that the $25,000,000 Beverly Park listing (think gated community within Beverly Hills) is on lockdown. The only views of Bonds’ pad that you’re getting are the aerial version.
With seven bedrooms and 13 baths cramped into 17,000 sq. ft., you might need to add on another guest wing.
Mr. Bonds bought the home from Kenneth and Grace Jacobson for $8.7 million in 2002, according to public records. Back then, the house spanned about 11,500 square feet and had six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. As part of a significant renovation, Mr. Bonds added a two-story wing to the home, expanding its square footage.
It looks like the place has at least four garage bays, a pool and a basketball court. We’ll assume there is plenty of Italian marble and granite in the kitchen. Now figure out how to get $25M from a bank.
