J.J. Watt Takes A Big Spit On Patriots’ Logo

Several media members at the Houston Texans – New England Patriots AFC playoff game in Foxborough, Mass. reported that Texans’ defensive end J.J. Watt spit on the Patriots’ logo on the midfield of Gillette Stadium prior to the game and then wiped his feet on it.

Mike Petraglia of WEEI-AM and WEEI.com in Boston was most definitive:

Obviously Patriots’ fans responded by all but calling for Watt’s head on Twitter, which was in direct opposition to the zillions of women swooning over him. While most fans filed Watt’s actions under douchebaggery, there was some creative hatred.

Watt had two tackles and a half-sack in the first two quarters, as the Patriots built a 17-13 halftime lead on the Texans.
