New Mexico Fan Kicked Out Of The Pit For Pushing UNLV Player [VIDEO]

It’s no secret that the UNLV and New Mexico basketball programs don’t like each other. It’s also no secret that The Pit in Albuquerque is a very hostile environment. You ACC, Big Ten and Big East fans just wouldn’t understand. It’s a wild environment where the fans are so close they can push UNLV players.

That’s exactly what happened last night during the second half of the Lobos 65-60 win.

As you can see, the New Mexico fan – wearing a state flag shirt – pushed Anthony Marshall, the Rebels senior guard. Verne Harris was on it and there was an open seat courtside at the Pit.
