Roger Clemens Releases Hall Of Fame Statement In Swagish Font; “Muchie Peachie”
In what can only be described as a typical post-retirement Roger Clemens move, the King of Swag today released the above statement concerning his 37.6% vote total for induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
He needs 75% before his frosted tips and swag can been elected to the hall.
Clemens, figuring he was going to be snubbed, had a statement ready to be published on Twitter. Most notable is the font used for his HOF statement. That’s quite the MySpace font.
Also shocking is the usage of “Muchie Peachie” in his signature, otherwise known as “Much Appreciated.” We promise this is the real deal and straight from his authenticated Twitter account @rogerclemens.
Roger hadn’t tweeted since 2011.
