On Friday, Philadelphia Police arrested the second brother accused in the shooting of two men on SEPTA’s Broad Street Line subway following an argument after a Sixers game more than two weeks ago..

Officers picked up the alleged caught on camera shooter Matthew Early, 18, around 6 p.m. in North Philadelphia, police confirmed to NBC10.

“It’s bizarre. This is behavior that is just over the top,” Lt. John Walker told NBC10 after the shooting. “It’s intolerable. I mean, people have to realize this reckless behavior cannot continue.”

Well, they could always ban the NBA so these morons won’t have anything to argue over.
