Can I get a Roll Tide up in this Morgan County, Alabama jail? What is Troy University’s chant, again?

Tipster Dustin (no last name) emailed us and wrote: “the 2 best teams in the state represented well!”

According to the Decatur Daily:

Police arrested a Morgan County couple Monday afternoon after their apparent attempt to steal car batteries from Wal-Mart.

Wal-Mart loss prevention employees confronted Rodtavius Buford, 25, 1304 Sherington Ave., Trinity, and Whitney Carden, 21, 903 S.W. Rice Road, Hartselle, as the couple pushed a shopping cart of several batteries and other merchandise out of the store, said Capt. Trevor Harris of Athens police.

Harris said the couple made no attempt at pay for the items valued at about $900. Buford and Carden fled out of the store, but they were apprehended by police in the parking lot.

Seriously? Rodtavius?

We’re always looking for alleged criminals (prefer Bama fans) wearing their team gear in booking photos. Send us what you see in the local paper.
