Come on, Brett Favre, you’re better than that. You’re better than the guy who would cut a corner during a Southern Miss Kappa Delta sorority 5k. That’s grandpa Favre yesterday, and his wife Deanna not cutting the corner, running in Hattiesburg for a good cause.

Race Observations:

• Cutting a corner is cheating in a 5k, right?

• Neither Favre is getting soft in retirement. Both seem to have been working on the gunboats.

• Brett is still a loyal Nike guy

• Was shocked to learn that Deanna competes in triathlons

• No way Deanna is letting Brett compete in anything associated with a sorority if she’s not involved

• Helluva celebrity ‘get’ by the KDs

• Yeah, but how many Super Bowls has your dad won?
