Jim Tressel Can’t Stop Sending Autographed Ohio State Footballs To High School Coaches
You might have heard that Jim Tressel now works for the University of Akron as vice president of strategic engagements. He’s a cheerleader for the university. He’s a face to draw students to the MAC school and its sports programs.
So it should come as a surprise that he included an autographed Ohio State football with a personalized U. of Akron letter wishing goodluck to the coach of the Kenston (O.) High School volleyball team in the state volleyball finals. Tressel’s new favorite volleyball team plays tonight.
Guess Akron didn’t have any team footballs available.
We’ve also noticed that Jim has a form letter he likes to send to recruits. The NCAA probably frowns upon recruits receiving Ohio State footballs.
