David Stern Nailed His Hurricane Katrina Speech Tonight In Miami [VIDEO]

I try to go out to dinner on NBA opening night and this retiring jerkoff starts his retirement tour with this speech about how people are handling Hurricane Katrina.

Good start to the next 13 or so months of the tour.

Next up: David Stern hopes everyone in Oklahoma City recovers from the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
